The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate accounting practices within our warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile financial transactions, including invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support decision-making
Perform regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
Assist in the preparation for external audits
Contribute to process improvements for increased efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA designation or progress towards CPA is a plus
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
