Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring live feeds from multiple CCTV cameras, identifying suspicious activity, and responding to incidents in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Monitor live feeds from multiple CCTV cameras simultaneously.
Identify and report suspicious activities, unusual behavior, or potential security threats.
Track the movement of individuals and objects within the monitored area.
Identify and record incidents in real-time, such as theft, vandalism, or violence.
Immediately alert security personnel, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities in case of an emergency.
Communicate clear and concise information about the incident, including location, description of individuals involved, and direction of movement.
Follow established protocols and procedures for incident response.
Record relevant footage from CCTV cameras for evidence purposes.
Write and submit detailed reports of incidents, including timestamps, descriptions, and actions taken.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
