Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cargo Loader to join our dynamic team. As a Cargo Loader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of cargo from various modes of transportation, such as trucks, ships, and aircraft. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:
Safely load and unload cargo onto/from trucks, ships, or aircraft, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
Inspect cargo for damage, discrepancies, or irregularities before loading and report any issues to the supervisor.
Ensure proper weight distribution and balance of cargo to prevent damage to transportation vehicles and ensure safe transportation.
Utilize equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts to move and transport cargo efficiently.
Maintain effective communication with supervisors, team members, and other relevant personnel to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a cargo loader or in a similar role is preferred.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
Good communication skills.
