Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS
Handle routine HR inquiries and provide information to employees
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Assist in benefits administration and enrollment processes
Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs
Prepare HR-related documents and reports
Maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in using HRIS and Microsoft Office
Understanding of HR policies and procedures
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
