HR Recruiter Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
· Source potential candidates from various online channels.
· Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
· Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
· Interview candidates via phone calling and face to face interviews.
· Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
· Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to line managers.
· Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
· Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
· Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
· Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree.
· Must be aware of UAE’s labor law.
· Effective Communication Skills.
· Strong Organizational and Interpersonal Skills.
· Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
· High-energy and Passion.
· Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
