Description

Roldriven Business Development Executive with a strong background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with crucial partners, and driving the overall growth and success of the organization. The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategic plans to expand our market presence, increase revenue streams, and enhance our competitive position, particularly in the areas of import-export of food products, e-commerce, and the restaurant business. The interviews will be held at the head office between Jan 26 to Feb 3, 2024.

Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients
Researching industry trends and staying up-to-date on market developments
Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients
Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential new business
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Managing and tracking sales activity and progress
Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Industry experience in relevant field preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Fluent in English and additional languages preferred.
Willingness to travel as needed.
