Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences
Plan and coordinate catering events, including menu selection and setup
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure event readiness
Manage catering schedules, timelines, and logistics
Ensure the quality and presentation of catering services meet company standards
Monitor and adjust catering budgets as needed
Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns
Handle post-event evaluations and feedback
Assist in marketing and promoting catering services
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Catering Coordinator or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of catering trends, food safety, and event planning
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in using catering software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field is preferred
