Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences
Coordinate and plan catering events, including menu selection, setup, and logistics
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all details are understood and executed flawlessly
Prepare and send detailed event proposals and contracts
Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly
Manage catering inventory, including ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors
Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process
