About Us:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that transactions are recorded timely and accurately in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and analyzing variances.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and provide analysis of financial performance to management.
Monitor cash flow, budgetary compliance, and financial forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with tax laws, financial reporting requirements, and other statutory obligations.
Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to support business objectives and drive operational excellence.
Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to accounting processes and systems.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification or progress toward CPA eligibility preferred.
Proven experience in accounting, finance, or related roles, with a solid understanding of financial principles, practices, and standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Commitment to integrity, ethics, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
Knowledge of tax laws, regulatory compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
