About Us:
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our warehouse operations and play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials.

Responsibilities:
Assist with receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments of goods and materials, verifying quantities and quality against packing lists and purchase orders.
Prepare and package orders for shipment, picking items from inventory, packing products securely, and labeling shipments with appropriate shipping labels and documentation.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring that goods are stored safely, labeled correctly, and accessible for picking and packing processes.
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently to move, stack, and transport materials within the warehouse.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and reconcile inventory counts.
Follow safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), practicing safe lifting techniques, and participating in safety training programs.
Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse facility, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and disposing of packaging materials and waste properly.
Assist with special projects, inventory audits, and process improvements as assigned by warehouse supervisors or management.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or training in warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous.
Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and proficiency in using handheld scanners or inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing inventory counts, labeling shipments, and following written and verbal instructions.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime, based on operational needs and peak periods.
