Position: Rooms Controller

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate room reservations and allocations
Monitor and update room availability and occupancy
Handle guest inquiries and requests related to room assignments
Collaborate with housekeeping and front office teams
Ensure accurate and efficient room inventory management
Utilize hotel management software for reservations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Rooms Controller or in a similar role
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
