We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laundry Attendant. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of linens and towels to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.

Responsibilities:
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and other laundry items according to established procedures and standards.
Operate commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines, safely and efficiently.
Inspect linens and towels for stains, damages, or wear and tear, segregating items that require special treatment or repair.
Handle and store laundry chemicals and detergents properly, following safety guidelines and protocols for handling hazardous materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry room and storage areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment.
Monitor inventory levels of linens and towels, notifying supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
Assist with inventory management, tracking incoming and outgoing laundry items and maintaining accurate records.
Follow proper procedures for handling soiled linens and contaminated materials, including sorting, pre-treating stains, and disposing of waste.
Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and towels to guest rooms and public areas.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards for laundry operations and guest service.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in laundry operations is a plus.
Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant or in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and push heavy laundry carts and equipment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
