Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
Train and manage staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
Create and maintain a positive work environment
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
