Position: Bell Attendant

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
Handle luggage and escort guests to their rooms
Provide information about hotel facilities and services
Assist with transportation arrangements for guests
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby area
Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or in a similar role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy luggage
Knowledge of local attractions and services
Positive and welcoming attitude
