Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
Record financial transactions accurately and timely in the company’s accounting software, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Perform bank reconciliations, verifying the accuracy of cash balances and transactions.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, billing, and collections.
Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Assist in conducting internal audits and reviews to identify discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement in financial processes and controls.
Assist with payroll processing, including calculation of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Maintain organized and accurate financial records, files, and documentation for audit and review purposes.
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging role.
