About Us:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Document Controller. This role is integral to maintaining accurate and organized documentation systems to support our operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain document control procedures and systems to ensure the secure and efficient management of documents and records.
Receive, review, and distribute incoming documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence, to appropriate personnel.
Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring documents are categorized, indexed, and archived according to company standards.
Monitor document revisions and updates, tracking changes and ensuring that all versions are properly identified and accessible to authorized users.
Collaborate with project teams, departments, and external stakeholders to facilitate document review, approval, and distribution processes.
Coordinate document retrieval and dissemination requests, responding promptly to inquiries and providing accurate information as needed.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks of document control systems to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with the preparation and compilation of reports, presentations, and documentation packages for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures, software applications, and best practices.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience as a document controller, records manager, or similar role in a corporate environment preferred but not required.
Proficiency in document management software and systems, such as SharePoint, Documentum, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining documentation, records, and filing systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with document control standards, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software applications.
