Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
