Role and Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to detect and deter any unauthorized activity or safety hazards.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate action as per established protocols.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports, documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences.
Maintain a visible and vigilant presence to deter criminal activity and promote a safe and secure environment.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, assisting with investigations and providing support as needed.
Requirements:

SERA (Security Equipment Regulation Authority) certification is mandatory.
Proven experience as a security guard or related field, with a strong understanding of security procedures and protocols.
Excellent observation and surveillance skills, with the ability to identify and respond to potential threats or security risks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with quick decision-making abilities in emergency situations.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform security patrols and respond to incidents as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security procedures and first aid/CPR is preferred.
