Role and Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for a variety of digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and messaging.
Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions that resonate with our target audience.
Use industry-standard design software and tools to execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project deadlines.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established style guidelines and design standards.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and design expertise.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts visually.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve design challenges.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.
