Role and Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Monitor network infrastructure and security systems, identifying and addressing vulnerabilities, threats, and breaches to safeguard sensitive information and assets.
Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical business data and minimize downtime in the event of system failures or emergencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs, evaluate solutions, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to educate end-users on IT best practices, security protocols, and new technologies.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and innovations in the IT industry, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to our organization.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
Proven experience in IT support, administration, or infrastructure management, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and security principles.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS), server administration, virtualization technologies, and cloud computing platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and translate technical concepts into layman’s terms.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
