Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Provide information to visitors about the company, services, and facilities.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including conference rooms and common areas.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the front desk.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
