Role and Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, coordinating with staff to ensure seamless arrangements.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
Provide general administrative support to various departments, including managing office supplies and inventory.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information and inquiries.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and visitors.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
