Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory in designated storage areas.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Use warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and handle inventory safely.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
Inspect inventory for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to warehouse supervisors.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and record-keeping.
Basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations related to inventory counts and measurements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
