Job Title: Office Boy

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Boy. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient office environment, supporting various departments with basic tasks, and ensuring the overall well-being of the workplace.

Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the office, including the kitchen, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
Prepare and serve refreshments for meetings and office events.
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability for staff members.
Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Run errands outside the office, such as banking and purchasing office supplies.
Support with setting up and organizing meeting rooms for various company events.
Follow health and safety guidelines in performing tasks.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as an office boy or in a similar role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle basic administrative tasks.
Reliability and punctuality.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting or moving light equipment.
