Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements
Provide information on destinations, accommodations, and travel options
Create and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers
Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes as needed
Stay updated on travel industry trends and regulations
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Travel Agent is preferred
Knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
