Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers and vendors.
Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to arrange transportation and negotiate rates.
Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping documents, and other logistics-related information.
Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
Resolve issues and discrepancies related to shipments, orders, and inventory in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards governing logistics operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and customer service, to support business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems, TMS, and WMS.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
