Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and beverage options.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders to guests’ tables.
Monitor and anticipate guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure order accuracy and consistency.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
Process payments accurately and efficiently and thank guests for their patronage.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Food handler’s permit or willingness to obtain one.
High school diploma or equivalent.
