Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Listen actively to customers’ concerns and empathize with their needs and frustrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, data privacy, and security.

Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Empathetic and patient attitude toward customers’ concerns and inquiries.
Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
