Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
Empathetic and attentive listener with a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
