Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and expense claims.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
