Job Title: Customer Service Representative for Real Estate

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide information about real estate services, property listings, and transaction processes.
Assist clients with general inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution.
Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to facilitate smooth transactions.
Guide clients through the buying or selling process, explaining documentation and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of services.
Keep clients informed about the progress of their transactions and address any concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
Gather feedback from clients to improve services and overall customer satisfaction.
Perform administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and recordkeeping.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of real estate transactions and industry practices is desirable.
