Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
