Role and Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems and databases.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs, including preparing materials and facilitating training sessions.
Assist with employee benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
Support HR managers with performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback collection.
Help organize HR events and activities, such as employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Understanding of HR principles and practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
