We are committed to fostering a positive work environment and supporting the growth and development of our employees. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS maintenance
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and collecting required documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, documenting grievances, and coordinating disciplinary actions as directed by HR Manager
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Assist with performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews and tracking employee performance data
Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Manager or HR Director
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and assist with ensuring compliance with applicable legislation

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Previous experience in HR or administrative role preferred but not required
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
