Assistant HR Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various functions, contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role involves assisting in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist in resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
HR Operations:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the administration of HR-related tasks, including benefits enrollment, time and attendance tracking, and payroll support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or a related role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
