Position: Client Service Executive

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients
Understand and address client needs and concerns
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Provide information and support to clients on products/services
Prepare and present reports on client activities
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to clients

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Client Service Executive is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and customer-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
