Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Provide information about products or services and assist in resolving issues
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner

Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and concerns
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
