Position:

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Provide information and assistance to callers
Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
Take and relay messages accurately
Handle emergency and urgent calls with efficiency
Assist in general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Telephone Operator is preferred
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
Familiarity with phone systems and equipment
Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
