Job Title: Security Guard

Job Overview:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible individual to join our team as a Security Guard. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises and ensuring the protection of employees, customers, and property.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate action.
Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
Provide a visible and reassuring presence to deter unauthorized activities.
Complete thorough and accurate incident reports as needed.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position.
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Knowledge of basic security and fire inspection procedures.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for monitoring and reporting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
