Role and Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and engage potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand customer needs and preferences, recommending suitable products/services to meet their requirements.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Follow up with customers to close sales, negotiate terms, and finalize transactions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Persuasive and influential personality, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
