We are looking for skilled and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to guests.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
