Job Opportunity: Document Controller
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team in Dubai. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and organizing company documents and records.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems.
Organize and categorize documents, ensuring proper indexing and storage.
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents.
Control the distribution and retrieval of documents as per company procedures.
Prepare and maintain document logs, including version control and revisions.
Collaborate with departments to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
Assist in document creation, formatting, and editing as needed.
Ensure compliance with document management policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
