Office Administrator Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars for the management team.
Assist with the organization of company events and meetings, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
Assist with basic HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes.
Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
