Job Opportunity: Waiter/Waitress

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Dubai. The Waiter/Waitress will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Serve food and drinks to guests and ensure timely delivery.
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently.
Ensure tables are clean and tidy and set up for the next guests.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Positive attitude and team player mentality.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
