Position: Waiter / Waitress

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences? We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress at our Restaurant.

Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests courteously upon arrival
Present menus, take orders, and answer questions regarding menu items
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Food handler’s certification (if required by local regulations)
