Description

We’re seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as Assistant Managers in Dubai. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist the store manager in overseeing day-to-day operations to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, ensuring they deliver outstanding service to customers.
Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a positive work environment.
Assist in managing inventory levels, including stock replenishment, ordering, and conducting regular audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively, striving for swift resolutions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
Collaborate with the store manager to maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
