Department: Front Office / Retail / Sales
Reports To: Store Manager / Front-End Supervisor

 Job Purpose:
To provide excellent customer service while processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately. This role acts as the face of the business, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and purchases.

 Key Responsibilities:
 Cashier Duties:
Operate cash registers and handle transactions (cash, card, digital).

Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per policy.

Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.

Maintain accuracy and speed during checkouts.

Keep the cashier area clean and organized.

Customer Service Duties:
Greet customers warmly and assist with product or service questions.

Handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor.

Provide product or policy information (pricing, availability, warranties).

Upsell promotions, loyalty programs, or add-on items.
