We are looking for a polite, professional, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or orders.
Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.
Maintain customer records and follow up on open cases.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Keep updated with company policies, promotions, and product updates.
Support sales and technical teams with customer-related feedback.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations
Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, CRM tools)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexible with work shifts, including weekends and holidays
