Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Maintain customer records and update databases as required
Process orders, returns, and service requests
Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer issues
Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly service
Prepare daily reports and documentation related to customer interactions
Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
