Responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Duties:

Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.

Manage phone calls, emails, and room bookings.

Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests.
